Belleglen Sanctuary
www.belleglensanctuary.com, www.myspace.com/belleglen
Belleglen Sanctuary was supported by volunteer care from a feline blood donor colony, donations from individuals and organizations, adoption fees, and volunteerism is all we have for each one of these very special cats. We seek sponsors for each of our sanctuary cats.
Belleglen Sanctuary provides sanctuary to disabled and special needs cats. We have cats available for adoption who are former blood donors or who have special physical, health, or psychological needs. Some cats are elderly or have come from abusive or neglectful homes.
There are now approximately 340 cats apart of the sanctuary.

The Sanctuary for Senior Dogs
www.sanctuaryforseniordogs.org
The Sanctuary for Senior Dogs is dedicated to the rescue, adoption, and lifelong care of senior dogs abandoned in shelters and pounds. We place senior dogs in foster care until a permanent home can be found. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered before placement. Dogs too ill to be safely altered will stay in a Sanctuary-approved foster home for life or until spay/neuter is possible. We offer no-cost spay/neuter to low-income families with senior dogs. We train senior dogs as therapy dogs and keep at least one active therapy dog in our program, if possible, at all times.
Rolling Dog Rescue Ranch
http://www.RollingDogRanch.org
The Rolling Dog Ranch Animal Sanctuary in Montana rescues and shelters disabled animals. Every animal who arrives at the sanctuary gets another chance to have a safe and loving home. Our residents include blind dogs, blind horses, deaf dogs, blind cats, and others with medical issues like muscular dystrophy.
Although these animals may have disabilities, they do not consider themselves handicapped. They just want to get on with life and enjoy themselves. Thanks to the support of the sanctuary's friends, that's what they get to do here.
We founded the Rolling Dog Ranch Animal Sanctuary in December 2000. Our dream was to turn these 160 acres of open grassland and cottonwoods into a sanctuary for animals who are disabled. These are the animals who are the least likely to be adopted and the most likely to be euthanized in traditional shelters. The ranch is now home to nearly 80 animals, more than half of them blind. The sanctuary's disabled residents are remarkable animals. They are happy, energetic and loving. Many of our visitors can't believe the animals they see romping with each other and running around are blind or cope with some other kind of handicap. There isn't a single animal here who feels sorry for itself. Each and every one of them loves being alive.
That's really the ultimate inspiration for us. Despite their disabilities, they want nothing more than a chance to enjoy life. And that's what they get to do here.
